Vijay to share screen space with Mammootty?
When Vijay shared screen space with Mohanlal in Jilla, the resultant experience was not as pleasing as one expected. Now, the Kollywood grapevine is abuzz with reports that veteran actor Mammootty might join hands with Vijay for his next rumored project with director Mohan Raja, who made heads turn with his last outing Thani Oruvan.
If everything goes well, Raja will indeed direct Vijay 61, since Vijay 60 was already officially announced few weeks back with director Bharathan of Azhagiya Tamizh Magan fame. As premature as it may sound, the prospect of watching Mammootty and Vijay together on screen is, without an iota of doubt, exciting. Keep your fingers crossed! Raja will next direct Sivakarthikeyan’s untitled project before moving on to Vijay 61, if it gets materialized.
