Vijay Sethupathi – Manikandan’s next has a social message

We earlier reported here that Vijay Sethupathi will team up director Manikandan of Kaaka Muttai fame next. It’s been officially confirmed by the director now. “Vijay Sethupathi and I discussed a script and we will be working together on it soon. The style of the film will be similar to Kaaka Muttai.It will be a realistic film with black humour and two main characters. It will also have a social message, and will only have songs (as montages) that are connected to script,” says Manikandan.

Vijay Sethupathi’s next release is Orange Mittai which will hit the screens on July 31st. He is currently busy shooting for Karthik Subbaraj’s Iraivi.
