Vijay Sethupathi-Manikandan’s next gets a title

Vijay Sethupathi’s next film with director Manikandan of Kaaka Muttai fame has been titled Aandavan Kattalai. The film, which is expected to go on floors next year, is said to be a a realistic drama with a mild dose of black humor. “I’m planning to portray Vijay Sethupathi in a natural performance. I also believe this film will take me to the next level in my career,” says Manikandan.

Aandavan Kattalai will be on the lines of Kakka Muttai and feature two main characters. The female lead is yet to be finalized. Vijay Sethupathi is currently busy with the shooting of Seenu Ramasamy’s Dharma Durai in Theni. Meanwhile, Manikandan is awaiting the release of Kuttramae Thandanai, which was recently screened in Mumbai Film Festival.
