Vijay Antony attends promotions of Raththam despite his personal loss last week!

Vijay Antony faced a very tough situation last week, when his first daughter Meera committed suicide by hanging herself from her bedroom fan. The actor was in deep depression after the incident, but still turned up to promote his film Raththam with interviews and a press meet yesterday.

With a short speech, Vijay Antony said “Amudhan is my friend. His father tried hard to teach me music, when I was a beginner. You’ve seen only the comedy films of the director, I’ve seen his unreleased film and it has a scene which will suit any big star. He is a producer-friendly director and a great talent. I want this film to work because the producers will give more chances to those youngsters who deserve it.”

Raththam hits the screens on the 6th of October.
