Vendhar Movies bags Vetrimaaran’s Poriyaalan
Looks like Vendhar Movies is on a buying-spree. It was only two days before they purchased the theatrical distribution rights of Vishal – Shruti Haasan starrer Poojai. Now, they have acquired the theatrical rights of Poriyaalan directed by Thanukumar and produced by Vetrimaaran for Grass Root Company.
Poriyaalan has Harish Kalyan and ‘Kayal’ Anandhi in lead roles. Harish essays the role of a civil engineer in this romantic thriller. Velraj has done cinematography for the film. The screenplay is written by Manimaaran who earlier directed Udhayam NH4 under Vetrimaaran’s writing.
