Udhayanidhi Stalin’s next titled Idhayam Murali

We earlier reported here that Udhay’s next will be with director Ahmed of Endrendrum Punnagai fame.  The producer turned actor is pairing up with Hansika again after Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. The film is titled “Idhayam Murali”. The title hints at the genre of the film to be another rom-com for Udhay. Kathir’s Idhayam was a rage among youngsters in the 90s.

Will Udhay recreate the Murali magic now? The complete cast and crew are yet to be finalized and if the sources are to be believed, Ahmed has zeroed in Anirudh to compose music for the film. Santhanam, who has been an integral part of all Udhayanidhi films, is likely to be on board, say sources. Santhanam was also part of Ahmed’s Endrendrum Punnagai.
