Trident Arts acquires TN rights to Dhanush – Karthik Subbaraj film
Trident Arts has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical distribution rights to Dhanush’s next untitled film, fondly called by fans as D 40, directed by Karthik Subbaraj.
Sashikanth of YNOT Studios is producing the film, which was totally wrapped up recently. Shot extensively in London and Madurai, Dhanush reportedly plays the role of a gangster in the film, which is rumored to be titled as Suruli.

The Telugu rights to the film have been secured by GA2 Pictures and UV Creations.
First look and Motion Poster of this awaited flick will be out on Feb 19th, 5PM. The film is speculated to hit the screens in Tamil & Telugu simultaneously on May 1st.
