Thala 59: Ajith – Vinoth film to be a remake of Pink?

The grapevine in Kollywood is abuzz with reports that Thala 59 directed by Vinoth of Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame and produced by Boney Kapoor will be an official Tamil remake of Hindi superhit Pink.

The original starred Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee in important roles. Ajith is expected to reprise the role of a lawyer played by Big B. Sources close to Thala camp, however, suggest that nothing is finalized yet except for the fact that Thala 59 will be with Vinoth and Boney Kapoor.
