Thala 56 title announcement on August 15?

Speculations are rife that the title announcement of Ajith’s Thala 56 will be made official on August 15th on the occasion of Independence Day. However, a source close to the unit says nothing has been confirmed yet.

“Going by the customary Thursday sentiment of the producer, it is possible that the title announcement may arrive on August 13th,” adds the source. Directed by Siva, the film stars Ajith Kumar, Shruti Haasan and Lakshmi Menon in important roles. Anirudh Ravichander composes music.
