Thala 56: Santhanam on board?

While Ajith is busy with the final leg of shooting for Gautham Menon’s Thala 55, the news about his next untitled film with director Siva of Veeram is already creating ripples among fans for the news that Santhanam has been roped in as the comedian. Santhanam’s camaraderie with Ajith in Veeram was highly enjoyed by fans and this will be waited with bated breath too. Now, sources say Siva has approached Santhanam for the film. An official confirmation is awaited. We earlier reported here that the film will go on the floors from November.

Now, it looks like Siva has finished working on the script and the details of the cast and crew including the producer are yet to be finalized. “I’m writing a script and the storyline has something never attempted before in Tamil cinema,” told Siva earlier in an interview.
