‘Will direct Ajith sir in Thala 55 sequels”, reveals Gautham Menon

In an interview to a Tamil daily, director Gautham Menon has opened up about Thala 55 and more. About the story of the film, Gautham Menon says, “It is a character-driven story. The film will trace the character’s life stage by stage. It starts from a certain age (younger?) and traverses till the person attains a different age. It captures the course of events happening in that person’s life.”

Gautham Menon has also revealed that he has penned the script keeping in mind to do sequels later on. “I will direct Ajith sir in Thala 55’s sequels too,” says the ace filmmaker. The team has arrived at few titles and sent to the production team already. “You can expect an official announcement on the title very soon.”
