Success of Ayalaan will decide the fate of its sequel: Ravikumar

In a recent interview, director Ravikumar has said that Ayalaan’s sequel is definitely being talked about but the success of the first film is important to one and all for the sequel to happen. “Ayalaan is a film which has been in progress for the last 7 years, and if we have to make it now, it would cost double. Ayalaan 2 will have heavy VFX too, and we would have to pay the VFX company double of what we did. That is really high, so we have to wait for the success of part one before saying anything else,” said the director.

The promotions for Ayalaan kicked off in style with the pre-release event, and many songs and other promotional material including the trailer on the 5th, are on the way. Let’s wait and see what the film has to treat us with.
