STR attends special workshop for Mani Ratnam’s multi-starrer

STR has attended the special acting workshop of veteran filmmaker Mani Ratnam for his next untitled multi-starrer. After the AAA controversy, there were reports that he could be dropped from the project since a lot of influential producers were said to have called Mani Ratnam to insist the same. STR also sought the blessings of Mani Ratnam for his composing debut Sakka Podu Podu Raja, which is set to hit screens tomorrow.

However, it looks like the film is very much on cards with STR playing the lead role. Also starring Arvind Swami, Fahadh Faasil, Aishwarya Rajesh and Jyotika in important roles, the movie has Vijay Sethupathi in an extended cameo.
