Sony Music bags Yennai Arindhaal audio rights
The audio rights of Ajith – Gautham Menon’s Yennai Arindhaal have been acquired by Sony Music after an intense battle with Eros Music who bagged two highly anticipated albums in two months – Kaththi and Lingaa. Now it is confirmed that Sony Music has snapped this much anticipated album, which marks the comeback of Harris Jayaraj and Gautham Menon after Vaaranam Ayiram, for a thumping sum. The album is expected to be released in two weeks. Sony Music has had a fruitful association with Ajith albums in recent years with big hits like Mankatha, Billa 2, Arrambam – all composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
Meanwhile, Ajith fans have already started trending various hashtags related to the film on social media platforms ever since the teaser announcement came today. The first look teaser will be unveiled tomorrow (Dec 4th) following the auspicious Thursday sentiment of makers.
