Sivakarthikeyan’s SK Productions confirms August 1st as release date for House Mates
The fantasy-horror comedy “House Mates” is all set to hit the big screens on August 1st. Starring Darshan of Kanaa fame alongside Kaali Venkat, the film is directed by debutant T. Raja Vel and backed by Sivakarthikeyan’s SK Productions, in association with Playsmith and South Studios.
House Mates explores the hilarious and mysterious happenings within a typical middle-class apartment complex, blending humor, fantasy, and horror in a refreshingly unique narrative. The ensemble cast also features Arsha Baiju, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan, Dheena, and Abdool Lee in pivotal roles.
Adding to the excitement is music by Rajesh Murugesan of Premam fame, while MS Sathish handles cinematography, with editing by Nishar Sharef.
It is worth mentioning here that, SK Productions praised the film’s unique concept and entertainment value, calling it a “refreshing concept” that truly deserved to be presented to a wider audience.
