Siddhi Idnani, Anjali Nair headline Raghav Mirdath’s next film Drones
After the success of Bun Butter Jam, director Raghav Mirdath has announced his next film, Drones, a female-centric fantasy horror entertainer packed with mystery, fun and unexpected twists.

Director Raghav Mirdath, who made his debut with Bun Butter Jam, has officially announced his next directorial venture. Titled Drones, the upcoming film marks a complete departure from his maiden outing and promises to offer audiences a fresh cinematic experience.
Unlike Bun Butter Jam, Drones is billed as a fantasy horror entertainer. The makers describe the film as a unique blend of horror, mystery, fun and unexpected twists, making it a genre-bending project aimed at appealing to a wide range of audiences.
The film is headlined by Siddhi Idnani, Anjali Nair and Devadarshini, with the story revolving around their characters. The supporting cast features Cinemawala Sathish, Parithabangal Dravid, Cooku with Comali fame Kuraishi, and several other actors in pivotal roles.
On the technical front, Hari SR has been roped in to compose the music, while Jayanth Sethu Mathavan handles cinematography. Editing is by Sathish Suriya, with the film being produced by GM Morgan Films. Cinemawala Sathish serves as the creative producer for the project.
The makers have also confirmed that Drones will release in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam, aiming for a wide theatrical reach across South India. The film has completed production and the team is preparing to kick off an extensive promotional campaign. The first-look poster, followed by teaser, trailer and other promotional content, will be unveiled at regular intervals ahead of the film’s theatrical release, with the release timeline expected to be announced soon.
