Siddhartha Basu reprises his role in ‘How Old Are You’ remake

Renowned TV producer-director Siddhartha Basu, who played the role of Indian President in the Malayalam film How Old Are You, will reprise his role for its Tamil remake which marks the comeback of Jyothik on screen after a long time. Siddhartha Basu is the mastermind behind the quiz shows such as Kaun Banega Crorepati and Dus Ka Dum, the highly popular reality shows in India. He is considered as the father of television quiz shows in India.

Rosshan Andrrews, who helms the remake, has recently shot the climax of the film first where scenes featuring Siddhartha Basu and Jyothika were shot in New Delhi. The shooting spot pictures of Jyothika made its way to the internet and went viral on social media platforms. Produced by Suriya’s homebanner 2D Entertainment, the film has Rahman playing Jyothika’s husband. It has music by Santhosh Narayanan.
