Ranveer Singh and Shankar to collaborate for film adaptation of Velpari
In what is a big turnaround for the industry, it is now being said that Bollywood star Ranveer Singh and director Shankar will be joining hands for the cinematic adaptation of Velpari – the epic novel. The film be made in 3 parts, with Ranveer to don the lead role.
Ranveer and Shankar were supposed to unite for the Hindi remake of Anniyan, but the project has run into troubles due to rights issues. More updates on this film will be coming out closer to the release of Indian 2 next year.
