Ranjith to roll out prequel of Sarpatta as a web series

In a recent interview, director Ranjith has confirmed that talks are on to convert the prequel of Sarpatta Parambarai as a web series. This came in Ranjith’s reply to more depth being demanded from the audiences for the characters that have been loved after the release of the film.

Ranjith is on the verge of starting his next film, which is said to be a romantic drama on the lines of his debut film in Attakathi. The shoot for the same will kick off soon.
