Are Rajinikanth and KS Ravikumar are back?

As Chennai is gearing up for the grand audio release function of Kochadaiyaan on March 9th, there’s more news for Superstar fans already in the offing. Sources say that Rajnikanth’s next project is with his favorite director KS Ravikumar. This comes as a surprise for fans since there is no official word yet on the already shelved mega project of the duo’s Raana. The grapevine is also abuzz that the tall lass Anushka Shetty might be cast in opposite to the Superstar.

“Rathnavelu, the cinematographer for Enthiran is likely to wield the camera. Apparently, KSR has narrated the one-liner to Rajnikanth and he liked it. It will serve the appetite of Superstar fans and will be an out and out commercial treat, a regular KS Ravikumar fare”, says the sources. With the word-of-mouth spreading rapidly on Rajnikanth’s next project already, it would only be appropriate if the man himself lets the cat out of the bag. Now, all eyes are cast upon the audio launch event of Kochadaiiyaan in Sathyam Cinemas on March 9th.
