“Rajinikanth is a wonderful actor & a wonderful human being,” says Akshay Kumar

Akshay Kumar, who is currently busy promoting his forthcoming Hindi release Airlift, refused to divulge any information about his role in Shankar-Rajinikanth’s magnum-opus 2.0 in a recent press meet held in Mumbai. However, the Baby actor has shared about working with Superstar in an interview.

“These things don’t come to you even in a dream. He’s a wonderful actor and even more, a wonderful human being. It will be an honour to be punched by Rajini sir. It’s going be a different world for me — the graphics, the action and the adulation that he commands,” says Akshay who is pitted against Rajinikanth in 2.0. 

The second schedule of 2.0 is expected to resume from the 23rd of January. The makers are also planning to take flight to Bolivia for a song sequence featuring Amy Jackson and Rajinikanth, who is currently busy with the final leg of Kabali, in February.
