Puli: Shruti Haasan confirms singing with Vijay
Though it was reported and anticipated long back that Shruti Haasan will croon with Vijay for a duet number in Puli album composed by Devi Sri Prasad, it was made official by the team last night. “excited to share that I have sung a duet with vijay sir in PULI under the composition of d very talented,” [sic] posted Shruti Haasan on her Twitter page.
Shankar Mahadevan, who has rendered a lot of chart-buster songs for Vijay in his career, has also revealed that he’s sung in the album. He added that the song will surely be a winner. The much-awaited audio launch of the film is expected to happen on August 2nd.
