Nayanthara’s Aramm team to honour unrecognized Tamil talents

The makers of Nayanthara’s Aramm have announced a campaign to honour unrecognized Tamil talents.

“KJR Studios, the Producers of Aramm have come up with a unique digital campaign called #ArammFindATalent. While most film contests have giveaways like tickets, mobile phones, sarees and a chance to meet the cast of the film – KJR Studios has announced that they are willing to fund (partly or fully) any invention made by young Tamil scientists/students to help them grow and to showcase them to the world,” reads a statement from the team.

“This idea grew from an incident that happened during the shooting of Aramm. Nayanthara, the Producers and the crew met a young guy who had invented an equipment that was of significant importance to helping with a major drawback we had in our country. Although the invention was flawless, the government couldn’t fund him for various reasons and the inventor’s dream never saw the light of day. Taking inspiration from this, team Aramm and KJR Studios have decided to do something good for such young talents by supporting their scientific research journey,” the statement added.

Nayanthara’s Aramm is slated for release on 10 November and the film will be a thriller drama with a strong social message.
