Nayanthara’s Annapoorani removed from Netflix due to ‘anti-Hindu’ controversy!
Lady Superstar Nayanthara’s Annapoorani has been removed from its OTT platform Netflix, citing the ‘anti-Hindu’ controversy that has been on its rounds for the past few days. Earlier, Ramesh Solanki, a former Shiv Sena leader, criticized the film as anti-Hindu and said that it hurts religious sentiments.
Owing to the problems surrounding the film, Annapoorani has been taken off from Netflix and it is unsure as to whether the film will be brought back in its normal form or whether there will be cuts on runtime. The team at Zee have already offered an apology letter regarding the same.
