Mr Local confirmed to hit screens on May 1st; Thala 59 getting postponed?

Sivakarthikeyan’s Mr Local has been confirmed to hit the screens on May 1st, a date which was earlier announced by the makers of Thala 59. Sources say Thala 59 team is planning to take more time to deliver a solid outing for Thala Ajith, especially after the blockbuster success of Viswasam. 

Produced by Studio Green and directed by Rajesh, the shooting of Mr Local was wrapped up only recently. The film stars Lady Superstar Nayanthara as the lead heroine. Hiphop Tamizha composes the music for the film.
