MKS Talkies procures Mersal & Vivegam New Zeland and Australia rights
The New Zealand and Australia distribution rights of Vijay – Atlee’s Mersal and Ajith – Siva’s Vivegam have been acquired by MKS Talkies. According to reliable sources, the distributors paid a whopping sum to secure both films. Vivegam’s price is the highest ever paid for any Ajith film in the territory, confirmed MKS Talkies.
Meanwhile, the makers of Mersal are currently gearing up for the audio launch on August 20th. The album composed by AR Rahman has been eagerly anticipated by movie buffs. Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, Mersal has Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha and Nithya Menen as female leads. SJ Suryah and Vadivelu play important roles in the film.
Vivegam is currently gearing up for the censor results and the team is expected to announce the release date soon.
