Mersal overseas pre-release business best in Vijay’s career; enters top 5 South Indian films
The overseas pre-release business of Thalapathy Vijay’s Mersal has touched Rs 25 crores. It has now become one of the top four South Indian films, next to Baahubali 2, Kabali and Lingaa. It also marks Vijay’s best in his career.
The makers have officially confirmed that the Telugu version Adhirindhi will have a simultaneous release in AP/T on October 18th for Diwali. The team released two brand new promos yesterday during the Baahubali 2 television premiere in Vijay TV. Both promos have already touched 1 million views on YouTube and gone viral among fans.
