Manja Pai selected for BRICS film festival

Manja Pai has been selected for the BRICS Film Festival which is scheduled to happen from tomorrow (July 23). The Russian Centre of Science and Culture will be hosting the BRICS film festival this year which has films representing Russia, India, China, Brazil and South Africa. Also, Manja Pai is the lone Indian film to be screened at the event.

Though the film opened to mixed reviews, this news comes as a surprise to cinephiles. Directed by Naveen Raghavan, Manja Pai features Vemal and Lakshmi Menon in lead roles with Raj Kiran essaying a pivotal role in the film. It was produced by Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers.
