Malavika Nair signs Auraa Cinemas’ maiden production

Malavika Nair, who earned rave reviews for her role in Cuckoo, has been signed to play the leading lady in the maiden production of popular distribution house Auraa Cinemas. “Our shooting started on 27.03.2017 at Pondicherry and Malvika will be here for four days, and again she will be joining our team in the month of April,” reveals director Avinash Hariharan.

Titled ‘Arasiyala Idhellam Saadharanamappa’, the movie stars Veera of ‘Rajathandiram’ fame and is being directed by debutant Avinash Hariharan. Set in the backdrop of politics, the movie, whose shooting is currently underway in Pondicherry, is said to be a full-fledged black comedy.
