Maapla Singam nears completion

Vemal’s upcoming film Maapla Singam directed by N Rajasekhar is nearing completion. The team has completed the talkie portions and only one song is left to be filmed. It will be canned in Chennai this month and the shooting will be wrapped up.

Set in the backdrop of Theni, Maapla Singam has Anjali playing the role of a junior advocate. Billed as an out and out comedy entertainer, it has music composed by N Raghunanthan.
