Leon James shares his working experience with Salim Merchant

Leon James, who has fetched a lot of praise from music buffs for his first full-length album in Ko 2, shares his working experience with Bollywood composer-singer Salim Merchant for the melodious track Kannama Reprise. 

“It’s his first ever Tamil song and I’m so happy to feature him in this album. While composing this track, I desperately wanted Salim sir to sing it as he has so much emotion, depth and soul in his voice. I instantly spoke to the producer  Elred Kumar and  he was ok with it . I sent the song to him via email and he immediately responded by saying the song is beautiful and he would love to record it. Working with him on “Kannamma Reprise” was such a beautiful and inspiring experience. He is such a humble person and his dedication and love towards good music inspires me to work hard,” says Leon James in an official statement.
