Kathakali’s second half will be extremely gripping, says Vishal

In a recent media interview, actor Vishal has spilled the beans on his upcoming action entertainer ‘Kathakali’ which is slated for a Pongal release. The trailer and the songs of the film were launched recently and have been receiving a good response.

Speaking about the plot of Kathakali, Vishal says “Kathakali is a differently written action thriller. Pandiraj has tried a new screenplay method in this film, which will be a whodunit which revolves around the murder of a don named Thamba. The second half of the film will be extremely gripping, hence we have avoided songs.”

Vishal also revealed that a phone and rain will be an integral part of the film. Catherine Tresa plays the female lead opposite Vishal while Hip Hop Tamizha has composed the music.
