Karthik Subbaraj’s next titled Iraivi?

There are reports that Karthik Subbaraj, who made heads turn with his avant-garde filmmaking style in his last offering Jigarthanda, is ready with his next and is titled Iraivi. When we contacted our sources, they denied any such developments. “It’s definitely not true. We have not even finalized the script for our next film. We have zeroed in few titles and Iraivi is also one among those. But it’s not yet concluded” says our source.

There are also reports that Karunakaran and Simhaa will play lead roles in the film. While Bobby Simhaa is most likely to act in Karthik Subbaraj’s next, Karunakaran is quite busy with other projects and his participation in the film is not confirmed yet. And, CV Kumar’s Thirukumaran Entertainment is most likely to bankroll the project. An official announcement from CV Kumar will be made if anything is confirmed regarding the film.
