Karthi, Vijay Sethupathi, Prabhudeva, Yuvan Shankar Raja get Kalaimamani Awards

After a long gap of eight years, the Tamil Nadu government announced the list of artists selected for Kalaimamani Awards from 2011-2018.

Karthi, Vijay Sethupathi, Prabhudeva, Yuvan Shankar Raja, director Suresh Krishna, and Prasanna are some of the celebrities from Tamil film industry in the list. Sasikumar, Priyamani, Nalini, Santhanam, cinematographers Ravi Varman and Rathnavel are also among the winners.

An official statement read: “Each winning artist will receive a 3 sovereign gold shield and a certificate.”
