Karthi to wrap up Adanga Maru director’s next before Ponniyin Selvan
Karthi has lined up a lot of projects before stepping into the shoes of Vallavaraiyan Vandiyadevan in auteur Mani Ratnam’s magnum-opus Ponniyin Selvan, which is likely to kickstart in the last quarter of 2019.
The latest update is that Karthi will soon start shooting for Adanga Maru director Karthik Thangavel’s next untitled film, which will be produced by Prince Pictures who bankrolled the box-office dud Dev. Karthi’s next release would be Kaithi, and he is also shooting for Jeethu Joseph’s untitled thriller and Remo director Bakkiyaraj Kannan’s romance drama. He will complete all the projects before starting Ponniyin Selvan.
