Kannaadi Poove from Suriya’s Retro: First single gains a superb response!
The first single from Suriya’s Retro titled ‘Kannaadi Poove’ was launched yesterday, and immediately got a superb response from one and all. The song composed by Santhosh Narayanan is not a typical love song, but a song about pain and longing of a man for his love.
The song shot inside a jail conveys lots of troublesome emotions faced by the lead character, as he misses his ladylove. The song is sung by Santhosh Narayanan, while the lyrics are written by Vivek.
Retro is hitting the screens on the 1st of May. The film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead.
