Kabir Singh will be pitted against Ajith in Kolkatta

Bollywood actor Kabir Singh has officially confirmed that he has signed Thala 56 to play the role of antagonist in the film. He will join the team from the month of June. The first schedule for Kabir Singh will happen in Kolkatta where scenes featuring him and Ajith will be canned. The team is likely to come back to Chennai post completion of their Kolkatta schedule.

Directed by Siva, Thala 56 has Ajith and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. It has music scored by Anirudh Ravichander. Santhanam provides comic relief.
