Jyotika’s message to directors who helm ‘big hero’ projects!
Speaking at the audio launch of Magalir Mattum, Jyotika stressed how important it is to be socially responsible when it comes to portraying women characters in big hero movies.
“I have a message for directors who helm big hero projects. Be socially responsible. Give dignified roles to women in your movies. There are crores of fans to big heroes who copy their dialogues, style in their real lives. Treat the women in your films like you would in your own family,” said Jyotika.
Suriya also said he will be socially responsible in his acting projects going forward. Produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, Magalir Mattum features Jo in the lead role. Bhanupriya, Saranya Ponvannan, Nasser, Urvashi play important roles in the movie, which has music composed by Ghibran.
