“Jyothika is the most wonderful woman I have met”
Director Rosshan Andrrews, who has helmed 36 Vayadhinile, the remake of How Old Are You, says Jyothika is the most wonderful woman he has ever met. “I was keen to give Tamil audiences an all-new Jyotika, and that’s what you’ll get. To make good art, you have to be a good person. Jyotika stood there on the first day of shoot, as clean as a blank slate, waiting for my instruction. Can you imagine a former superstar doing that? It was incredible,” says Roshan.
Roshan also adds that Jyothika’s body language lends the film a new flavour. Produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment, 36 Vayadhinile is slated for release on May 8th. It has music scored by Santhosh Narayanan.
