Junior NTR turns down pivotal role in Vijay’s Thalaivi?

Reports were rife in the media that Junior NTR had turned down a pivotal role to play the late NT Ramarao on screen in filmmaker Vijay’s Jayalalitha biopic Thalaivi. 

However, sources close to the NTR camp confirm that he was not even approached for the role. The film stars Kangana Ranaut in the lead role. Arvind Swami plays the role of MGR in the movie and his first look poster earned a rave response on social media when it was unveiled a few months back.
