Jiiva picks up a Malayalam remake

Actor Jiiva who has become busy with a worthy list of films in his second innings, has now signed another one, a remake of a Malayalam film. Swathanthryam Artharathriyil, a Tinu Pappachan film starring Anthony Varghese of Angamaly Diaries fame, will find it’s way into the Tamil scene through the same director who will be helming the reprise.

The film also starred award-winning actor Vinayakan, who might act out his role again in the remake too.

Jiiva is now busy with a lot of films such as Gorilla, Gypsy, a film each with Sai Ramani and Rajasekhar. His Kee will be one of the first films to hit the screens after the strike clears up.
