Producer Libra Ravindar delivered an emotional speech at the press meet of Miga Miga Avasaram, which was supposed to hit screens yesterday and got postponed at the last minute due to non-availability of screens. Now, the film is slated to release next Friday, October 18th.
“I was the first to announce the date after Iruttu. Now 3 films have joined and I am left out. I’m not here to blame anyone. I just want small and good movies to reach larger scale. I received only 17 theaters for Miga Miga Avasaram. That’s the reason I’m postponing the release. Vijay Sethupathi’s Sanga Thamizhan is also not releasing for Diwali. We are now eyeing a release on November 8th or 15th,” he said.
Also, Ravindar has issued an emotional press release mentioning let him be the last struggling person in releasing small films.
