I feel I did very mediocre work in Maryan: Dhanush
In an interaction about 10 years of Maryan, Dhanush has said many interesting things about the film. “I felt I did very mediocre work in Maryan. I feel it should’ve been a script that I got now, because I could have done even better at it. Also, it was the first film that I did using a digital print. The transformation from film to digital was happening at that time.”
Dhanush also said “Still, many people don’t know that I am the one who wrote the Kadal Raasa song. I keep telling everybody ‘Naandhaan ezhudinen, naandhan ezhudinen’. I hope they realize it now at least.”
The actor is currently working on his directorial film D50, which features a big cast featuring Sundeep Kishen, Kalidas Jayaram, Dushara Vijayan and SJ Suryah. Dhanush will also feature in the film as an actor.
