Harris Jayaraj to compose for Thala 55?

Harris Jayaraj and Gautham Menon worked last time together in Vaaranam Ayiram. The duo is long-familiar for delivering scintillating tunes and lilting melodies in their films like Minnale, Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu and Pachaikili Muthucharam. They parted ways before Gautham Menon’s Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya citing misunderstandings. Now, it appears that Thala has brought the glorious combo on board for Thala 55. The fans are on cloud nine and eagerly waiting for an official announcement from the team.

Thala 55, the untitled project of Ajith Kumar’s next film is directed by GVM and produced by AM Ratnam for Sri Satya Sai Movies. The story is touted to be a crime thriller where Ajith will a stylish and shrewd cop. It also features Anushka, Trisha and Arun Vijay in pivotal roles. The team started their first schedule of shooting in Chennai yesterday.
