H Vinoth trashes rumors on Thala 59 to rest

After a fake Twitter account of director Vinoth of Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame posted that his next untitled film with Thala Ajith would not be an official remake of Pink, it has created ripples on the platform.

Now, Vinoth has released an official statement clarifying that he doesn’t have an account on social media. “Any updates on my upcoming projects will be revealed by the respective production houses and the concerned department. I have dissociated from all the social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram,” his statement read.

Jointly produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, Thala 59 will be an official remake of Bollywood hit Pink, which starred Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee in important roles.
