First look poster of 2.0 expected in September 2016

The official first look poster of Rajinikanth’s magnum opus 2.0 is expected to be unveiled in September 2016. Lyca Productions is planning to release the film in the third quarter of 2017, according to latest reports.

“2.0 has something for all kinds of audiences. You will see that Shankar has all the potential of a Hollywood producer once the movie releases. Being primarily a mobile company, we also have many ways of distributing the music of the film. We are also looking at taking the film into the China market in a very big way,” says Raju Mahalingam, Creative Head of Lyca Productions. 

Directed by Shankar, 2.0 features Amy Jackson as the lead heroine. Akshay Kumar has been roped in to play the baddie.
