ENPT villain Senthil Veerasamy to helm Pellichoopulu remake with Tamannaah
The official Tamil remake of blockbuster Telugu film Pellichoopulu will mark the directorial debut of Senthil Veerasamy, who produced the acclaimed Rajathandiram and was recently in headlines for playing the antagonist role in Dhanush’s Enai Nokki Paayum Thota. Veerasamy, a long-standing associate of Gautham Menon, has roped in Tamannaah Bhatia to reprise the role of Ritu Varma in Tamil.
The project will be bankrolled by Gautham Menon’s Ondraaga Entertainment. The team is yet to reveal the lead actor played by Vijay Devarakonda in the original. Other details about the supporting cast and technical crew are awaited.
