Dhanush to have one more release this year with Vaathi

Apart from Thiruchitrambalam which turned out to be a massive blockbuster and his upcoming film Naane Varuven which will hit the screens by the end of September, Dhanush will have a third theatrical release this year with his Vaathi/Sir. The film is slated to release on the 2nd of December 2022. The film projects the star to play the role of a school teacher.

The teaser of this film received a good response from the mob. The Venky Atluri directed film has Samyuktha Menon playing the female lead with music being composed by G.V. Prakash. Dhanush is looking forward to this film mainly because it will be the first direct release in Telugu for the actor. After getting good response for his current films, Dhanush is looking to locate himself in the Pan Indian map before he arrives with the mega biggie Captain Miller which will be on floors very soon.
