Dhanush hints at Pudhupettai sequel with Selvaraghavan

Selvaraghavan’s Pudhupettai is one of the most intensely loved cult films of Tamil cinema and considered by many as Selva’s best. In a recent chat show, Dhanush shimmered a ray of hope on the possibility of a sequel to Pudhupettai in near future. He has even suggested that they are brain-storming ideas for the sequel.

Earlier, Dhanush revealed that Selvaraghavan, Aravind Krishna and Yuvan Shankar Raja will join hands for a new project under Wunderbar Films, putting an end to their eight-year hiatus. We reported about it here. But, Dhanush did not disclose any details about the project. Now, with his recent comments on Pudhupettai 2, one hopes that the film materializes real soon and brings back Selvaraghavan to the fore.
