Baahubali comics to be unveiled in July, confirms Rajamouli
After official announcement that the world of Baahubali will expand into novels, comic books, video games and animated series, SS Rajamouli has confirmed that the first comic book will most likely be unveiled in the month of July.
Arka Mediaworks, the producer of the mammoth project, has joined hands with character entertainment company Graphic India to take the story of Baahubali beyond the movie. “Instead of looking at India as not being a big comic market, let’s try and understand why there’s no market, and it’s because there are no good comics that can match international standards. A market of over 1 billion people is open for us and waiting to be tapped,” says Rajamouli to IANS.
